Support & Tickets

Getting help from the CICDoo team

The three ways to get help from CICDoo (support tickets, booking a call, and the custom development service) and when to use each.

Three ways to reach us

CICDoo offers three support paths. Picking the right one gets you an answer faster.

1. Open a support ticket

The right choice for almost everything: questions, errors, failed deployments, billing, and anything platform related.

  • Open the Tickets page and click New Ticket, or
  • Click the floating chat widget in the bottom right corner of any page and start a new ticket there. You can reply to the team inline in the widget, and new replies show up in the notification bell.

See Opening a support ticket for a full walkthrough of the form, priorities, and attachments.

Use a ticket when:

  • Something in CICDoo is not behaving as expected.
  • A deployment, backup, or restart failed.
  • You have a question about your account or plan.

2. Book a call with the team

During onboarding, if you would rather not deal with servers yourself, we offer to host and manage everything for you. The onboarding flow includes a Schedule a meeting button that opens our booking calendar so you can pick a time for a call.

Use a call when:

  • You are just getting started and want us to handle the server setup end to end.
  • You want to talk through your hosting needs before committing to a setup.

If you have passed onboarding and still want to talk to someone, open a ticket and ask for a call; the team will arrange it.

3. Custom development service

For work on your Odoo code itself (new modules, customizations, fixes in your own addons), CICDoo offers a Custom Development page where you can hire a vetted, Odoo-certified professional by the day, with no long-term commitment. You choose:

  • The role you need: Functional Consultant, Technical Consultant, or Project Manager.
  • The number of business days (from 1 up to 90) and a preferred start date.
  • A project title and description, plus your Odoo version and edition.

After you submit the request, the team reviews it and reaches out within one business day to confirm availability and next steps. You can follow the status of your request from the Tickets page, and nothing is charged until you approve.

Use custom development when:

  • The issue is in your own Odoo modules or business logic rather than the CICDoo platform.
  • You need new features built, a migration, or ongoing functional help.

Not sure which path fits?

Open a ticket. The support team will route you to a call or to the custom development service if that is the better fit.

Still stuck? Open a ticket from the app or talk to an engineer.
