Odoo Functional Consultant
Work closely with clients to analyze business requirements, configure Odoo modules, and deliver end-to-end implementations across Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and more.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules
- Experience with business process analysis
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Odoo Technical Consultant
Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python and OWL/JavaScript. Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and Odoo ORM
- Experience with OWL, QWeb, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and REST APIs
Odoo DevOps
Manage and automate Odoo deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of Odoo environments.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance
Odoo Project Manager
Lead Odoo implementation projects from discovery to go-live. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery for clients.
- Proven project management experience
- Understanding of Odoo ERP implementations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Sales & Business Development
Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our Odoo hosting and implementation services to prospects worldwide.
- Experience in B2B software or ERP sales
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Odoo or ERP ecosystems is a plus
