Getting Started

The Dashboard and Infrastructure Map

A tour of the Dashboard (stat cards, recent deployments, notifications, theme, workspace switcher) and the live Infrastructure Map.

The Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home page. It shows stat cards at a glance:

  • Total Servers, Projects, Active Instances and Deployments
  • Tickets (with how many are open) and Tickets Resolved this billing month
  • Support Hours Left this month and Total Billable Hours, if your plan includes support hours

Below the cards you find:

  • Recent Deployments: a live table of your latest jobs (deploy, restart, upgrade, backup, restore and more) showing the server, project and branch, job type, status and time. It refreshes automatically every few seconds, and you can open a job's log in a popup.
  • Quick actions: shortcuts for common tasks such as adding a server or creating a project.

New accounts see a welcome panel that walks through adding a server, creating a project and deploying.

The top bar

  • Theme toggle: cycles between light, dark and system themes.
  • Notification bell: shakes and shows a red badge when there is something new, such as replies on your support tickets, monitoring alerts, or a warning when SSL certificate generation is temporarily unavailable. Click it to open the notification list.
  • Profile menu: your initials on the right open Settings and Sign out.

Workspace switcher

If you are a member of any workspaces, the sidebar shows a Workspaces section under the main menu. Click a workspace name to switch into it, and use the filter box to find one quickly. See Workspaces and team collaboration.

The Infrastructure Map

The Infrastructure Map is a live view of which containers run on which servers. Each server appears as a card with its name, online status, container count, CPU count and live CPU, memory and disk bars. Inside each card, every container (app or database) is a colored cell: green under 50 percent load, amber between 50 and 80 percent, red at 80 percent or more, gray when offline.

  • Filter by Server, Project, Stage or Type (app or database), and clear filters with one click.
  • Hover a container for details (instance, project, stage, branch, CPU and memory), click to pin the card, and press Esc to unpin.
  • The map refreshes automatically, and a Refresh button forces an update.
  • The instance name in the popup links straight to that instance's console.

If you get stuck, open a support ticket from the Tickets page or the chat widget.

Still stuck? Open a ticket from the app or talk to an engineer.
