"Plans: Free, Pro and Enterprise"
What the Billing tab shows about your current plan, your usage versus limits, and which features each plan includes.
Your current plan
Open Settings and go to the Billing tab. The Current Plan card shows a badge with your plan: Free, Pro, or Enterprise.
Usage versus limits
Below the plan badge, four usage tiles show where you stand against your plan's limits:
- Projects (used / allowed)
- Servers (used / allowed)
- Instances per project (allowed per project)
- Workspace Members (used / allowed)
Some plans show an infinity symbol where a resource is unlimited. Exact limits change over time, so always check the numbers shown on your own Billing page or the pricing page at cicdoo.com rather than relying on older information.
Plan features checklist
The Plan Features section lists each feature with a green check (included in your plan) or a gray cross (not included):
- Private Repos
- Backups and Restore
- Web IDE
- Branch Merging
- Enterprise Edition (deploying Odoo Enterprise)
- Instance Tuning
- Nginx Tuning
- Team Workspace
When you open an upgrade from this tab, the plan summary also lists Priority Support alongside the features above, plus the resource limits for the plan you are considering.
What is gated to paid plans
The app itself tells you when something needs a higher plan:
- Team workspaces are available on Pro and Enterprise plans. On a plan without workspace members, the Workspaces tab shows an upgrade notice.
- Deploying the Odoo Enterprise edition requires at least the Pro plan. On the Free plan, the Enterprise option in the new project form is disabled and labeled "Pro plan required".
- Other features in the checklist (private repos, backups, Web IDE, branch merging, instance tuning, nginx tuning) show as checked or crossed depending on your plan. If a feature shows a cross on your Billing tab, upgrading unlocks it; the per-plan comparison in the upgrade dialog shows exactly which plan includes it.
Prices and exact limits are shown on your Billing page and on the pricing page at cicdoo.com.
