Partnerships and Channel Manager

About the role

Odoo partners and agencies are at the centre of how CICDoo grows. Through the CICDoo Partner Program they resell managed Odoo hosting, earn recurring commission and keep the full license margin, while we handle deployments, backups, monitoring and support.

As Partnerships and Channel Manager you build that network: finding the right partners, getting them live, and making them successful.

What you will do

• Identify and recruit Odoo partners, agencies and consultants who fit the program
• Run partner onboarding: product training, first client migrations with our engineers, and co-selling on early deals
• Own partner relationships and keep a regular rhythm of check-ins and pipeline reviews
• Build enablement material with marketing: pitch decks, case studies and email templates partners can use
• Track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue and report what is working
• Represent CICDoo in the Odoo community and at partner events

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in partner management, channel sales, alliances or business development
• Ideally experience in the Odoo ecosystem or with ERP integrators and agencies
• Relationship builder who can also run a structured program with clear goals
• Strong written and spoken English; other languages used across the Odoo partner network are a plus
• Comfort with technical conversations about hosting, deployments and upgrades
• Happy to travel occasionally for partner meetings and Odoo events
