What CICDoo does

Every game here is about something real. This is the short version of the something.

CICDoo deploys and runs Odoo on servers you own. Your hardware or your cloud account, your data, your keys.

Push to deploy

Deployments are a git push. Branches get their own staging instances, so you can look at a change before it is live, and rolling back is a click rather than an incident.

Your servers, your data

Any host you like, including one in your own building. No per-user fees, and leaving is a DNS change rather than a negotiation. That is the whole point of the games you just played.

Backups and monitoring included

Automatic backups into your own S3 bucket, uptime monitoring, SSL renewal, and an alert when something breaks, so you are not the one who finds out from a customer.

Real engineers on support

Odoo 11.0 to the latest, plus master, Community included. Tickets are answered by people who run Odoo for a living.

House rules

Short version: play it yourself, on your own phone, at the show.

Playing

  1. The arcade is open 09:00 to 17:00, Brussels time, on each day of Odoo Experience 2026. Scores set outside those hours are not counted.
  2. Play on a phone. The games are built for a thumb, and entries from a desktop are not accepted.
  3. You must be attending Odoo Experience in person.
  4. Play it yourself. No scripts, no automation, no AI assistance, no modified clients, and no tampering with the page or with what it sends us. Scores we do not believe were genuinely played are removed from the board.

Who can enter

  1. One entry per person, not per device. Registering again on another phone to get a second run is not allowed.
  2. You must be 16 or over.
  3. CICDoo staff and their immediate families are not eligible.

The prize

  1. A new board opens every day at 09:00, and a 50 USD gift card goes to whoever is top of it at 17:00. Each day of the show is its own contest, so arriving on the last day costs you nothing.
  2. The All time tab on the leaderboard is for bragging rights only. No prize is attached to it.
  3. The prize goes to the email address you register. We confirm it with you before sending anything.
  4. If a winner does not reply within seven days, the prize passes to the next player on that day's board.
  5. No cash alternative, and the prize is not transferable. You can win on more than one day.
  6. Equal scores are ranked by how long the run took, quickest first. If that is equal too, whoever reached the score first ranks higher.

Practical

  1. A score only counts once it reaches our server. If your connection drops mid-run, that score is lost.
  2. Please do not play while walking around the venue.
  3. We may pause the arcade or amend these rules if something breaks. Any change appears on this page.

Your data

  1. We store your name, email, company, phone, your scores and a basic technical fingerprint of your device, to run this contest and to contact a winner. Only your initials ever appear on the leaderboard. Privacy notice.
  2. You can remove yourself at any time: press and hold the CICDoo logo at the top of this page for two seconds.
